Hi there! We are your go-to for a balanced approach to nutrition and fitness.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with our clients to achieve their nutrition and fitness goals sustainably. No more yo-yo dieting or hopping from program to program.

I've always been fascinated by the connection between nutrition and how food makes us feel, which inspired me to pursue a career helping others build healthier, more balanced lives. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from North Carolina State University before completing my Master of Science in Dietetics at North Carolina Central University. Becoming a Registered Dietitian has allowed me to combine my love of nutrition with my passion for empowering others to make sustainable lifestyle changes that fit their unique goals.

Originally from Syria, I moved to the United States in 2018 and am fluent in both English and Arabic. I love connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their nutrition journey.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me playing tennis, strength training at the gym, exploring new coffee shops, or experimenting with recipes — especially healthy Mediterranean-inspired dishes! I love showing clients that nourishing food can be both delicious and enjoyable.

If you're looking for a realistic, balanced approach to nutrition, I'd love the opportunity to work with you!

About Hiba Ashter, MS, RDN, LDN

A woman with curly hair wearing a blue sleeveless top and matching pants is sitting on a porch, smiling while holding a black mug. A large fluffy white dog, likely a Samoyed, is sitting next to her with its tongue out. The background shows a residential neighborhood with trees and a brick wall.

I graduated from Duke University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics but after working in investment banking and M&A for several years, I found myself extremely disengaged and eager to switch to a path that I am much more passionate about: nutrition and fitness!

Since walking away from my career in finance, I went back to school to take allllll the science classes I avoided my first time around (*cough cough* organic chem).

Now, I have a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from NCCU, an MPH with a Nutrition & Dietetics specialty from UNC-Chapel Hill, and am a Registered Dietitian as well as a NASM-certified personal trainer! In my free time, I love spending time with my fiance and Samoyed named Gatsby, baking and decorating elaborate layered cakes, traveling, and spending time outdoors!

If any of this resonates, please don’t hesitate to reach out and connect with me :)
